4.3 The Competition is subject to these T&Cs and all applicable laws and regulations.
4.4 It is a condition of entry that an Entrant has obtained any permission, consent or approval required from their employer to participate in the Competition and to accept any prize. By entering the Competition, each Entrant confirms that their employer has no objection to their participation.
4.5 The Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to verify an Entrant's eligibility at any time and to require such evidence as may reasonably be necessary for that purpose.
4.6 The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant or withdraw, withhold or cancel any prize if the Entrant:
(a) ceases to be an active member of Celebrity Central or Sky-High Club;

5. How to Register to Participate in the Competition
5.1 To register for the Competition, an Entrant must before the end of the Competition Online Phase:
(a) access the Quid Quest microsite through the Celebrity Central website or the Virgin Atlantic Sky High Club website and proceed to the Competition registration platform (the “Competition Platform”); and

Virgin Atlantic Sky High Club membership will not be verified at the point of registration and Entrants will be required to self-declare that they hold an active Sky High Club membership.
5.3 Upon completion of the verification process referred to in Clause 5.2, the Entrant shall receive a registration confirmation and, subject to Clause 5.4, shall be eligible to participate in the Competition.
5.4 The Entrant must maintain an active Celebrity Central account and an active Virgin Atlantic Sky High Club membership throughout the Competition Period. If, at any time during the Competition Period or during the awarding of the prizes, the Promoters are unable to verify that the email address provided by the Entrant remains associated with both such active accounts, the Promoters may, disqualify the Entrant from the Competition and invalidate any points, rankings, prizes or other benefits attributed to that Entrant.
6. Competition Online Phase
6.1 Following successful registration in accordance with Clause 5, an Entrant may earn points during the online stage of the Competition, which shall commence at 00:01 GMT on 26 August 2026 and conclude at 23:59 GMT on 20 October 2026 (the “Competition Online Phase”), by completing the following activities:
(a) An Entrant may be awarded one hundred (100) points upon successful completion of the four-part training module made available through the Competition Platform.
(b) An Entrant may be awarded ten (10) points for each Eligible Booking (as defined under section 6.2 of these T&Cs) that is successfully submitted through the Competition Platform and subsequently validated by the Promoters in accordance with these T&Cs.
6.2 “Eligible Booking” means a new and confirmed booking submitted by an Entrant via the Competition Platform during the Competition Online Phase, which has been made, submitted and validated in accordance with these T&Cs and satisfies all of the following requirements:
(i) relates to a Celebrity Cruises sailing embarking from a port outside Europe; and
(ii) includes a “Qualifying Flight”, meaning one or more flights that satisfy all of the following requirements:
(a) the flight is ticketed in the United Kingdom and issued on Virgin Atlantic ticket stock (932); and
(b) the flight is either:
(1) operated by Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited; or
(2) operated by Delta Air Lines and sold as a Virgin Atlantic codeshare flight on Virgin Atlantic ticket stock (932).
For the avoidance of doubt, flights issued on Delta Air Lines ticket stock (006) are not Qualifying Flights, regardless of whether they are operated by Delta Air Lines or sold in connection with a Virgin Atlantic codeshare arrangement.
(iii) each Qualifying Flight has a departure date no more than twenty-eight (28) days before the applicable cruise embarkation date and no more than twenty-eight (28) days after the applicable cruise disembarkation date;
(iv) is made through a Travel Partner;
(v) includes a valid Celebrity Cruises booking reference and a valid Virgin Atlantic or Delta flight booking reference (“PNR”), which are capable of verification by the Promoters;
(vi) is submitted by the Entrant through the Competition Platform within fourteen (14) days of the Entrant holding the applicable Virgin Atlantic or Delta PNR and confirming the relevant Celebrity Cruises booking;

(viii) is successfully validated by the Promoters through the applicable booking validation process, including verification against the daily booking data exchanged by the Promoters.
6.3 The Promoters shall record the points earned by each Entrant throughout the Competition Online Phase. Entrants shall be ranked on the Competition leaderboard according to their total validated points score. The leaderboard may display certain Entrant information, including an Entrant’s first name and agency name. The Promoters reserve the right to review, verify, adjust or remove any points awarded where they determine that the relevant activity, booking or submission does not comply with these T&Cs.
6.4 At the conclusion of the Competition Online Phase, the Promoters shall verify and validate all points and rankings before determining the final leaderboard standings.
6.5 Following completion of the validation process, the twenty (20) Entrants with the highest validated points totals on the final leaderboard shall each be awarded one (1) additional life (“Additional Life”) for use during the In-Person Events.
6.6 An Additional Life entitles the applicable Entrant, upon their first elimination from a Regional In-Person Event, to be reinstated into that Event and continue participating in the remaining activities, challenges and rounds of the Competition. An Additional Life may be used only once and is automatically exhausted upon such reinstatement. If an Entrant who has used their Additional Life is eliminated again at any stage of the Regional In-Person Event, that Entrant shall be permanently eliminated from the Competition and shall not be entitled to any further reinstatement or participation.
6.7 The Promoters' determination of points allocations, leaderboard rankings and qualification for subsequent stages of the Competition shall be final and binding.
6.8 For the avoidance of doubt, any Virgin Atlantic Sky High Club points, Celebrity Central points, rewards or other benefits that may ordinarily be available in connection with a booking or activity must be claimed separately in accordance with the applicable Sky High Club and Celebrity Central terms and conditions and the usual claiming processes. Logging or submitting a booking through the Competition Platform is solely for the purpose of entering the Competition and earning Quid Quest points. It does not constitute a claim for Sky High Club points or Celebrity Central points, nor will such points be awarded automatically as a result of submitting or logging a booking through the Competition Platform. Entrants are responsible for making any separate claims within the applicable deadlines.
7. Regional In-Person Events
7.1 Following completion and validation of the Competition Online Phase, the one hundred (100) highest-ranked Entrants on the final validated leaderboard, together with any Wildcard Entrants selected in accordance with Clause 8 (the “In-Person Participants”), shall be eligible to participate in the regional in-person stage of the Competition.
7.2 On or before 26 October 2026, the Promoters shall notify each In-Person Participant of their selection by email to the email address used to register for the Competition and shall invite them to attend the In-Person Event allocated to them pursuant to Clause 7.4. The invitation may require the In-Person Participant to confirm their attendance by the date specified by the Promoters.

7.4 The Promoters shall determine, in their absolute discretion, the allocation of In-Person Participants between the In-Person Events, taking into account such factors as they consider relevant, including venue capacity, operational requirements and the location of the In-Person Participants.
7.5 Attendance at an In-Person Event is conditional upon the In-Person Participant:
(a) continuing to satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in these T&Cs; and
(b) complying with all instructions issued by the Promoters in connection with the Competition and the relevant In-Person Event.
7.6 If an invited In-Person Participant fails to confirm attendance by the required date or is unable or unwilling to attend their allocated In-Person Event, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the invitation and offer the vacant place to the next highest-ranked eligible Entrant on the validated leaderboard.
7.7 The Promoters reserve the right to change the date, time, format or location of either In-Person Event, or to substitute an alternative venue or format, where reasonably necessary due to operational, logistical, safety, regulatory or other circumstances beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control.
7.8 Except where expressly stated otherwise in these T&Cs, each In-Person Participant shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by them in connection with attending and participating in an In-Person Event, including travel, accommodation, meals, incidental expenses and any other associated costs. The Promoters shall have no liability for any such costs or expenses.
8. Wildcard Entrants.
8.1 In addition to the top one hundred (100) ranked Entrants from the Competition Online Phase, the Promoters may, at their sole discretion, award up to one hundred (100) wildcard places to Entrants who satisfy the eligibility requirements in clause 4 (“Wildcard Entrants”). Wildcard places may be awarded at trade events, store visits, virtual events, conferences and other promotional activities organised by or on behalf of the Promoters. The Promoters' decision regarding the allocation of wildcard places shall be final.
8.2 On or before 26 October 2026, the Promoters shall notify each Wildcard Entrant selected pursuant to Clause 8.1 by email to the email address used to register for the Competition. Such notification shall confirm the Wildcard Entrant’s selection as an In-Person Participant, specify the In-Person Event to which they have been allocated in accordance with Clause 7.4, and may require the Wildcard Entrant to confirm their attendance by the deadline specified by the Promoters. A person shall not be eligible to participate in an In-Person Event as a Wildcard Entrant unless they have completed the Competition registration process and satisfy the eligibility requirements in Clause 4.
9. In-Person Competition Stage
9.1 Each In-Person Event shall comprise training sessions followed by a series of competition challenges. The nature, format and rules of such challenges shall be determined by the Promoters in their sole discretion and communicated to Entrants during the relevant In-Person Event.
9.2 Based on performance in those challenges, Entrants shall be awarded points, and the three (3) highest-scoring In-Person Participant from each In-Person Event shall qualify for the final stage of the Competition.
10. Final Stage

10.2 The nature, format, rules and scoring methodology applicable to such challenge shall be determined by the Promoters in their sole discretion and communicated to the Competition Finalists during the Final Stage.
10.3 Following completion of the Final Stage, the Competition Finalists shall be ranked in accordance with the applicable scoring methodology. The Competition Finalist with the highest final score shall be declared the winner of the Competition (the “Winner”).
10.4 The Winner shall be announced during the CLIA Winter Ball. To be eligible to receive the Prize, the Winner must be present at the CLIA Winter Ball at the time the Winner is announced and must accept the Prize when requested by the Promoters. If the Winner is not present or fails to accept the Prize at the time of announcement, the Promoters reserve the right to declare the Prize forfeited and to award it to the Competition Finalist with the next highest final score.
10.5 For the purposes of the Final Stage, the Promoters shall provide each Competition Finalist with:
(a) One (1) night’s accommodation at the De Vere Beaumont Estate on the date of the CLIA Winter Ball; and
(b) the evening dinner included as part of the CLIA Winter Ball programme.
10.6 Except for the accommodation and dinner expressly provided under Clause 10.5, each Competition Finalist shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with attending and participating in the Final Stage, including travel, additional accommodation, meals, beverages, incidental expenses and any other associated costs. The Promoters shall have no responsibility or liability for any such costs or expenses.
